We're Jamie and Andreas, a husband-and-wife design team based in Cape Town.
Jamie is a designer, mother, and lifelong creative, having studied Product and Interior design, and working in the textile design industry for the last 5 years, she loves bringing her creative ideas to life, and sharing her designs with other designers and hobbyists. She absolutely loves to see her designs on products, from kids pjs or birthday invites to digital designs or wallpapers. She loves bringing bright colours, texture and a sense of happy whimsy to her work and gets her inspiration from their children, looking into seasonal trends and her beautiful South African surroundings.
Andreas is an Industrial Designer whose focus has shifted toward building a family-centered business that allows us to work together, create together, and spend more time with the people who matter most.
What started as a dream has grown into a small family-run studio dedicated to creating beautiful, practical, and inspiring designs that bring a little joy to everyday life. Every design in our shop is created with care, purpose, and a genuine love for what we do. Maybloom Studio is our way of bringing creativity, family, and meaningful design together. No AI here, every design is hand made.
